Welcome to Professional Profiles, a podcast where I interview industry experts to understand their jobs, learn about their journeys to success, and uncover the strategies they’ve used to find it. Ask a 5-year-old, ‘what do you want to do when you grow up?’ and they will respond with a concrete answer, maybe even two or three. But ask that same question to a young adult, and odds are they will be stumped. It is getting progressively harder for teens to uncover what they truly are passionate about, and what they can pursue as a career.
