NOURISH brings principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to life. Hosted by Kasia, a Holistic Counselor and current Doctoral student studying Traditional Chinese Medicine + Acupuncture, NOURISH shares the stories of inspiring humans who have successfully found balance between traditionally Western concepts of “success” with more Eastern concepts of “inner spiritually and connection”. Our goal with this podcast is to inspire you (our listeners) to tap into your healthiest, most balanced, and authentic selves across all aspects of your life. We cover topics on spirituality, authentic career, relationships, alternative lifestyles, mindfulness, alternative healing, entrepreneurship, nutrition, NLP, psychology, psychedelics, herbalism, and stories of transformation via Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture.
