I'm bringing my passion to you through advice, coaching, inspiration, and support, to help you create and design the life you want to live. I'm sharing my story, to give you and others the courage to share there's. Look out for the 'Courageous Stories' of women, who I interview about their life and some, about their business story. Let's get curious about what else is out there, what else we can achieve and what knowledge can do for us as a whole.

I'm an Integrated Trauma-Informed Coach, a Brainspotting Therapist and a Dubsado Expert for Coaches in business. Oh, and a huge lover of admin, systems, and processes! I am on a mission to work with women to support them to heal from trauma, from narcissistic abuse, and so much more. My journey in self-employment began in 2016 and ever since, I have been on my own personal mission and journey to raise my next-level goals, to heal from a lifetime of pain and grow into my true self. Now, I am helping women do the same!
