We started the podcast for one reason; to make the average Real Estate Agent better. To help them become a better advocate for their client, a better closer for their own financial needs, and a better agent to co-broke with.

Matt started his career in real estate sales early in life, joining his parents in the family business. After five years, Matt has continued to be passionate about real estate and has truly enjoyed working with his clients. Starting a real estate podcast seemed like a natural fit for Matt.

Rich has been licensed for nearly five years. Like most agent’s, Rich was chasing financial freedom. After working in tele-sales and hitting his own million dollar yearly sales goal selling $1,200 and $2,400 products, Rich decided to try his hand at creating his own future outside the corporate arena.

Together we operate BOSSAgent and look forward to helping agents across the world grow into the BOSSAgent they can be!
