Taiwanica is a podcast made for those who are interested in hearing the cultural differences between the USA and Taiwan.
These topics are discussed between a married couple: Eric (American) and Anita (Taiwanese). They have lived together in both the USA and Taiwan for years and have been exposed to very many culture shocks that they wish to compare and contrast with you!

Taiwanica’s Mission Taiwanica的宗旨
Our mission is of course to be able to help people who are interested in understanding more about Taiwan and the USA.
我們的宗旨最主要是 幫助對 台美文化有興趣的聽眾 更了解文化差別 有趣的地方。
But it is not just that. Both Anita and I know how hard it is as a Taiwanese and as a foreigner to make friends with one another. There is a lot of hesitation in the air because of cultural differences despite the fact that we know A LOT of foreigners who wish to meet Taiwanese people and vice versa.
但不只喔！！我身為台灣人Eric身為美國·人，我們都知道要跨越種族彼此認識甚至當朋友不是那麼簡單。雖然我們認識很多想要認識外國人的台灣人，反之亦然，但是文化上的差異讓他們卻步。
So, we at Taiwanica want to be the bridge to bring some commonality and give you some ideas and knowledge； to make the next time these groups of people to meet a whole lot easier and fun!
