None to Give

The None to Give Podcast is here to remind you who you are and what you care about. We are all guilty at times of caring too much about things outside of control or that we get caught up in without even realising, while neglecting the things that actually do matter to us. We only have limited time & energy to give and if we’re too busy caring about or trying to give ourselves to the distractions and noise in life, we’ll have None to Give to what actually does matter to us, let alone be able to figure out exactly what that is. I think knowing what’s important to you is the most important thing.

Along with short solo episodes, I’ll be bringing you genuine conversations with people from all walks of life with one thing in common, owning who they are. There is nothing more interesting and inspiring to me than people who own who they are 100%, especially when it doesn't fit the 'norm'. One thing I want to make clear is that despite the name - this podcast is not about NOT caring. It’s about being more aware of what you give a care about and being more aware of where you’re directing your thoughts and energy.

My goal is to keep this fun, honest and informative with little nuggets of wisdom that hit home for you along the way, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
