All of this while prioritizing your family your personal goals. Discuss being pulled on in different directions and still believing that success is not the end point but the journey. Also mixing in the attitude of what is motivating you in that moment. Discuss personality types and how some of us are goal oriented some of us are task oriented. Having some conversations around those mindsets and really inspiring people to promote their well being in their business or finding a business that promotes their well being in other words there has to be a balance and if there isn't a balance then what kind of support do they need to get to that balance and personally I feel that it is a ministry for me to connect with people help them in the new way of how businesses are started and nurtured developed some fail well many fail but those few that are sustainable seeing how those people can duplicate their success in others.
