Bite Size is a psychoeducation podcast series for hospitality workers created with the goal to provide a fundamental foundation into understanding how our minds work. We’ll start with the basics, explaining exactly “what is mental health?” before exploring topics and situations that we find ourselves in while working in the hospitality industry. Each topic we discuss will come with a glossary of terms and thought prompts to help you dig deeper into learning not just about what mental health is, but their personal mental health journey.
