The MINDFULL podcast was started by Devon Herrera following a series of life-changing events. Naturally, to help piece things together, she brought in her best friend and sister, Darryan, who is still waiting on that Redd's Apple Ale sponsorship. Through tremendous growth, both individually and as sisters, the girls talk about balancing being an adult, mental health struggles, and really, whatever comes to mind on the given day, including profile photos on dating apps, all the trauma, or best 90's songs (Alanis Morissette... where are you at?!)If you're a listener that doesn't vibe with random thoughts or non-specific agendas, honestly, get outta here and go listen to Dax Shephard crush us all with his intelligence, wit, and charm.
