To help learning, wellbeing, leadership and change professionals to design and deliver experiential 'behaviour games' workshops, digital mind nudging sprints and gamification programmes.

Founded by Fi Hills and working with an experienced and passionate team, who believe learner-centred behaviour change is the key ingredient for 21st Century organisations to create scalable learning, behaviour change, and workplace wellbeing. During these PODCAST sessions we will explore new ways to accelerate and scale change and create a preventative wellbeing culture.

Culture now lies at the centre of how an organisation functions as we develop a learning organisation fit for purpose in the 21st Century.
