Hello, my name is Laura. I have Bipolar 1 and I am a Witch. This podcast is a space for me to share spoken word poetry about my mental illness and spirituality and the connection between the two. It is also a space for me to find my true identity beneath my mind and my beliefs. This is a place for me to find embodiment, peace and acceptance of all aspects of myself.
