Welcome to the Retroshade Podcast, I’m your host, Heather. I’m an Empowerment + Success Coach, Astrologer and Human Design Reader. I’m a certified practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique, TIME Technique and Clinical Hypnosis. I’m also a pop-culture enthusiast and aspiring Bravoholic and the quintessential basic bitch. I have spent my whole life obsessively studying why people are the way they are and in constant pursuit of self-discovery and personal development.
