Hi, I'm Nivani Bhimsan and I'm becoming a mom in a few weeks so I'm putting myself through Mom School, the best way I know how.  I love talking to people and I love learning from them. I believe that the best way to gain confidence in any new venture is to arm yourself with as much knowledge as you can. So I’ve reached out to some A-grade moms to share their wisdom from practical experience. I’ll be sharing these conversations so they can be helpful to you too.I hope through these conversations you will find topics that you can relate to and that can help you grow in your own walk through pregnancy and as a parent or even just help you to understand the moms around you a little better. We aren't medical professionals unless otherwise stated and this isn't meant to be instructive on how to navigate the medical aspects of your pregnancy and caring for your child but these moms do discuss real life experiences and what they have been through to give you insight into pregnancy in the unique South African context.
