We all want to be successful leaders at work and home. And hopefully you've had a great amount of success in your career and life so far. Whether you feel like a well rounded leader, or if you're facing some tough challenges, this podcast is here to help.
The struggle for many new and emerging leaders is trying to understand exactly what a successful leader should be thinking and doing. It can feel overwhelming, vague, or complicated. This lack of clarity can often lead to frustration, inconsistent results, and even struggles with stress and mental health.
The goal of Welcome to Leadership is to share conversations that give you clarity around what to consider when improving your leadership and management skills. Along with my 30 years of real-world leadership experience, education, and curated research, you'll hear from some of the best leaders on the planet. Leverage the success of CEO's, entrepreneurs, athletes, coaches, and more. We learn the most when we're willing to listen and learn from those who have been in the trenches, and bring innovation and breakthrough to industries and society.
